R.D. Navbharat Foundation — training, certification and livelihood work in villages and small towns

R.D. NAVBHARAT FOUNDATION

That village is not a metaphor. It is the job.

We run training, certification and livelihood programs in villages and small towns — the kind that end in a certificate, a bank account, or a first wage.

WHERE WE ARE TODAY

The Foundation is new. The programs below are real and running with the departments and partners named beside them. What we do not have yet is a year of results, and we would rather say that than print a number we cannot stand behind.

When there are results, you will get the village, the date, the register somebody signed, and what it cost. Including the parts that did not work.

How the programs fit together

HOW WE WORK

We don't arrive with a plan.
We arrive with a question.

What is standing in the way? The answer is different in every village, so the work is too. Then we stay for years, which is the part nobody photographs.

PARTNER WITH US

One village is a start. It is not a plan.

This work travels one way only: through someone local who already has the trust, with a program that arrives ready to run.

Local organisations

You already have a village's trust. We bring the programs, the training and the certification behind them.

Tell us which villages you know.

Companies and CSR teams

Fund a batch that runs, in a district you can visit. You get the register, the costs and the result.

Ask what one batch costs.

Schools and colleges

Certification and hiring days for students about to leave, and for the ones who already did.

Tell us how many are leaving this year.

Government departments

We deliver central schemes on the ground — skilling, legal aid, MSME certification — and report what happened.

Tell us the scheme and the district.

The work is easier to watch than to describe.
